Default solve percentage arbitrarily went down?

This is at least the second time this has happened to me. I signed out of the game with a 100% solve rate, but when I went back in the next day, my solve rate was listed as 99.55%. I know I did not leave any games unsolved. Why does this happen? It's very frustrating if you're in competitive mode.

Default incorrect solve percentage

Happened to me too. I never leave a game unsolved, even if I have to use up all the hints and only get 10 point.

I have very rarely seen Admin in the forum. If you want an explanation or to see if the problem can be corrected, try using "Contact us" in the blue bar at the bottom of this page.
